Service Desk Benchmarking 2009

The Service Desk Institute (SDI), in association with Avocent LANDesk, has recently completed the 2009 Service Desk Benchmarking Survey.

The results of this survey provide a comprehensive overview of the Service Desk industry and highlight the key emerging trends and developments; providing key insights into the structure, metrics and industry composition.

The results are trended against the Benchmark reports from 2005, 2007 and 2001; SDI identifies the latest trends and offers a thorough analysis and discussion as to why these industry changes have occurred.
